▪ Timothy S Crandall: Principal Architect at FORM | theory LLC.
I have been practicing Architecture for 30 years, since 1996.  I established this firm in 2005 to design architecture with modern / contemporary ideas and classical ideas of symbolism.  I have produced designs and construction documents for many residential and commercial projects.  I can produce and get exactly what is needed for permitting as required by each city jurisdiction and extensive detailed drawings for clarity of construction. 

▪ Commercial Architecture: I have designed and completed through construction many commercial projects.  I started working in 1996 on Sul-Ross elementary school in Bryan, TX and the new Dairy education building at Texas A&M University.
1997 - 2000; I worked on regional airport designs and master planning throughout the United States.
From 2001 - 2005; I did work on K-12 schools and Health care facilities, hospital campuses and clinics.
2005 - present; FORM | theory LLC, I have completed work on clinics, offices, restaurants, churches, retail and warehouses.  I have recently completed work on a large apartment complex development with clubhouse, a large tilt wall warehouse and small to medium sized office / retail buildings. 

▪ Residential Architecture:   Today, I typically design custom houses, but I also have extensive experience in spec homes as I worked for a few spec home developers from 2005-2010.  For custom homes, I meet with the client, individual or company, develop a design based off their wishes, then produce the construction drawings and specs as required for permitting.  I will be available to answer any questions that the client may have, from the schematic design phase through the construction and occupation phases.
Project sizes range from small additions of less than 1000 sqft. to luxury mansions of 12,000 sqft.  I have completed over 50 house projects since 2005.
