Hurst House  ▪  2018

▪ This mansion was designed for a Doctor and wife for their city living while still in their working years and end of children raising years.
▪ They want to host friends and family for many gatherings on the weekends.
▪ The site is a fairly flat rectangular plot of land in a suburban environment. 
▪ The program is pretty extravagant.  Large Ball Room/ Dance Hall.  Theater Room for 20 guests.  Mother-in-law Suite.  Large Wine Cooler and Wine Tasting Room.  Large Outdoor Dining Room.  Pool and Pool House.  Sun Bathing Patio.  Covered Hot Tub.  Covered Grille and Kitchen.
▪ This mansion was their dream home after 'making it' with all the accoutrements of a successful career in medicine.
▪ I was able to design a highly detailed and extravagant Mediterranean Style house for these clients.  The couple was really interested in having a highly detailed and interesting house, they really appreciated art and European architecture.  So much so, they took a trip to Europe to take photos of ideas they wanted to incorporate into the house.  Those ideas, details and artwork are included in the final design.
