Help plant some trees this morning!  Meet at 10.30am in the Humber Bridge car park off Ferriby Road (where the tourist information centre used to be).  All equipment provided.

CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST OF GALES Come along this morning and help trim the willow round the bird feeding area. All equipment provided. Meet at the top Humber Bridge car park off Ferriby road (where the Tourist Information Centre used to be ) at 10.30am.

Discover the Small Mammals Around Us - Sunday 14th July @ 9.30am

Observe and take part in a survey of the Humber Bridge Country Park’s native small mammals - the voles, mice and shrews who normally scurry around us unseen as we enjoy visiting the nature reserve.  Help check our special live traps which capture the animals humanely and are stocked with bedding and food for them. Come along and discover who's lurking inside.
Meet - Humber Bridge Country Park Local Nature Reserve, meet at the Hessle Foreshore entrance next to the Black Mill car park, HU13 0HB. OS Explorer Map 293, grid ref: TA 023 254. Public toilets available in car park.
No dogs are permitted on the event.

Time – 9:30am 11am (please note that the event may finish slightly sooner depending on the number of small mammals found).

Cost - free

Meet at the Black Mill car park at 10.30am. We have quite successful with trying to eliminate this pretty but invasive species from the seasonal pond area. Let's see how much there is this year!
