The Festival of Glass Drysdale Glass Art Awards are a showcase for glass artists.

The 2021 theme is 'The Glass Grape Harvest'. The entry categories and sponsors are:

• Bellawein Glass Art Award (Michaela Miller, Hayeswinckle)

• Functional Glass Art Award (Glass Fusing)

• Sculptural Glass Art Award (Stockdale and Leggo)

• Wearable Glass Art Award ( Beaders Guild of Geelong)

• The Silvan Award (Silvan Family)

In 2021 over $2000 worth of prizes are associated with the awards.

The 2021 Festival of Glass Glass Art Awards have been revamped to accommodate COVID-19 Restrictions.

Key Dates:

· Access to Awards Information - 1^st October 2020

· Entries open - Monday, 2^nd November 2020

· Entries close – Midnight, Sunday 24^th January 2021

· Processing of entries - 25^th January 2021 (checking details etc)

· Judges receive entries – 26^th January 2021 (judges review and shortlist the entries - they are shortlisting based on the content of Entry Form as well as the images artists supply in their entry)

· Artists informed - Monday 1^st February 2021

· Delivery of shortlisted works – Friday 19^th February 2.30pm – 5.30pm

· Venue of Delivery – Leura Park Address: 1400 Portarlington Rd, Curlewis VIC 3222

· Judging - Judges make their final selections in person at Leura Park

· Winners announced – Ticketed event Saturday 20^th February 2021 Friday

· Pick up of unsold entries - TBA
