State Forestry seems to cover the entire state except for federal lands
Private medevac helos cover the entire state - except for maybe a couple of counties that have fire medevac helos
Local police services are provided by county sheriffs and city police departments - there might be a couple of village PDs also
Local fire services are provided by VFDs, FPDs, city FDs, and county FDs
Ambulance services are provided by FDs and County ambulance services and city ambulance services and private ambulance services - maybe some hospital ambulance services also
Elgin AFB and Cape Canaveral AFS and NASA and Disney have large public safety agencies of their own
