In addition to my research and teaching, I am engaged in research leadership, academic governance, programme development, academic evaluation, and executive education. Selected current and recent activities are listed below. 

Research leadership and academic governance

I lead the Finance Research Group at the University of Southern Denmark and am involved in the strategic development of research and education in finance. I also serve as an elected member of the Board of the University of Southern Denmark and have substantial experience with programme development and academic governance.

Academic service

I contribute to executive and board education in finance, capital markets, valuation, investment, and risk management. My teaching and external engagement focus on translating financial theory and research into issues relevant for strategic and financial decision-making.
