Honors Creative Writing

Welcome to Honors Creative Writing!

I LOVE teaching Honors Creative Writing! Each semester, students surprise me with their amazing talent. Throughout the course, students will write fiction, non-fiction, skits, poetry, and so much more. Each week, they are required to share a piece of their writing with the class. Although daunting to some at first, Writer's Workshop fast becomes a favorite part of the class. As a "final exam" for the course, students will submit their original work to be published in the class magazine, Scribble and Scribe. Each student will receive several copies of the magazine.

Be sure to bring your journal and laptop to class each day.
