Flora A. Ylagan High School is situated along Malakas St., Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City. It is near LTO (Land Transportation Office), half a minute’s walk along the street. Many government offices or institutions are, geographically, nearby: the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center, along V. Luna Road, Bureau of Internal Revenue, National Power Corporation, Social Security System, Post Office, National Statistics Office (NSO) and Land Registration Authority (LRA). It is within a short ride to Quezon City Hall and Quezon Memorial Park. Nearby are the East Avenue Medical Center and the Philippine Heart Center.

The school site occupies an area of about 2,000 square meters, with 2 major buildings and a Covered Court. It is enclosed by a perimeter fence.
