State Solo & Ensemble results

Congratulations to AICE students Kellie Brown, Emily Gensch, Madison Janolino, Megan Lotze, Rachelle Newland and Katie Stockton who did incredibly well at State Solo & Ensemble, with 7 of the 9 soloists earning a rating of "Superior" and 2 of the 9 earning a rating of "Excellent". They represented the school so well, and their judge made multiple comments about how they handled themselves and performed their pieces.

Additionally, Emily Gensch was selected by our judge to perform at the Honors Recital. At this part of the event, the strongest performers of the day perform in the main Concert Hall in front of all of the other performers from all of the schools who came to the event that day. This is a huge honor, as Emily was one of 4 soloists chosen out of all of the performers. She's been a committed vocal student all 4 years at FIHS, and this was a cool culminating moment for her.
