Scheduling for next year

Students received their registration sheets for next year on March 12th. The process followed at FIHS is for the student to take the sheet to all of their teachers to get recommendations for next year's courses. After Spring Break I will meet with each student individually to discuss their selections. Only after this one on one meeting will their schedule be entered into the data system.

Please understand that the registration sheet turned in before Spring Break is a framework and the courses they choose on that sheet are not written in stone. Changes can be made before the information goes into the system.

We currently have over 300 students in the AICE program counting the 9th through 11th graders that we have at FIHS and the incoming 8th graders who will be with us next year. All of the students will get individual attention when it comes to scheduling but it will have to be after Spring Break.

I appreciate your patience with this process. I know that choosing courses for next year can be stressful but we have ample time to ensure that your schedule is correct.
