National Merit Semi-Finalists named

Congratulations to Nico De Leon for being named a National Merit Semi-Finalist!!! Nico will now move on to the next phase in the National Merit competition.

This year only four Clay County students were named National Merit Semi-Finalists and Fleming Island High School is proud that two of them are Golden Eagles. Nico De Leon is one of two FIHS students to receive this recognition.

Also, congratulations to Megan Dehne, Helen Stadelmaier, Maddie Van Dyke, and Dan Cooksey for being named National Merit Scholarship commended finalists.
