Teaching Development
To enhance my skill as a teacher, and learn how to reflect on my teaching, in 2014-2016 I took the PGA: Teaching and Learning in Higher Education course, which I passed with distinction. Due to this, I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Part of the course involved writing a philosophy of teaching statement and a reflective piece.
I followed this with the CREATE course in 2016-2017, which I also pass, making me a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. For this course, I wrote a piece evaluating audio feedback and three part problem sheets.

2023-24: Senior tutor for first year students.

2011 - 2012: Supervisor for one group of first year undergraduates. This involved teaching one group of five first year students twice weekly. The modules to discuss were: MA132 Foundations, MA133 Differential Equations, MA131 Analysis I and II, MA106 Linear Algebra, MA136 Introduction to Abstract Algebra and MA134 Geometry and Motion.
