We are not planning to be back at Pulaski Park pool for the summer of 2023, some of our swimmers have joined the Red Hook Pool, Moriello Pool in New Paltz or Freedom Lake in Lagrange for summer swimming - follow us on Facebook for any updates - link

We are a group of swimmers age 18 and up in the Hudson Valley who choose to swim for fitness, competition, and fun.  All levels of swimming are welcome in our pool: lifelong swimmers and those new to lap swim, national championship qualifiers and people training for their first meet, ironman triathletes and those thinking about racing their first sprint triathlon.

We are proud members of United States Masters Swimming (USMS).

Our club is open to everybody, and our winter-spring workouts are currently held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00am-7:15am. We are planning on summer swimming Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. For more information, please see the "Fees and Hours" page.
