Before you get a high cost nerd, try a cheap geek.  We can fix almost everything.  If we can't, you don't pay.  We charge $56/hr and we don't charge you just to show up. (Though there is a minimum $35 charge if we need less than a half hour to fix your problem.  We have to EAT, right?)  

On your first call, you'll possibly get an answering machine.  Using this method helps keep our prices low.

For more difficult repairs that require us to take your PC to our labs, we offer free use of a loaner compute, on request. Using our lab can cut costs because some procedures are a click-and-wait matter. We do not charge you for waiting for the computer to do its thing. We have to if we are on site.

REMEMBER:  Not only is our work competitively priced, we guarantee your specific problem will stay fixed for 100 days or you don't pay.
