Support Group for Juggling Parenthood & Personal  Identity

Come and join us for a 4 week peer to peer support group to explore and navigate parenting and personal identity. Babies in arms are welcome. Limited creche places available - if you require creche, please ensure you include this in your booking.

9.30-10.15am  Big Bugs  -  15 mths - 5 years and families with multiple children.
10.30-11.15am Wee Bugs - 0-15 months.

Relaxing  fun baby lead  sessions for new born to 9  months  (no crawlers). We will have a  different theme each week with songs, bubbles  and a story for 40 minutes. Followed by tea and coffee with the other mums and dads.

Our Gran’s group has been running for over a decade and the aim of this group is to reduce social isolation, increase community connectedness and promote physical and mental health.

Baby PEEP
10.30 - 11.30am
Dates: starting 31st October
Suitable for babies from 6 months to 1 year. Our PEEP sessions support all parents to create the best start for their children by making the most of everyday learning opportunities- listening, talking, playing, singing and sharing stories and books. They offer fun ways of bonding with your child and learning together to encourage your child's development in a supportive environment.
