Dear Neighbors,
As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, we hope this newsletter finds you well.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new residents—thank you for joining our wonderful community. We have a few important updates and reminders to share with you.
· First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in our National Night Out and BBQ event. It was a tremendous success, and it was wonderful to see so many of you come together to strengthen our community bonds. Your enthusiasm and support made the event truly special.
· As we enjoy the beauty of fall, we kindly remind everyone to please pick up after your dogs while walking them in the neighborhood. Keeping our sidewalks clean and pleasant for everyone and respecting others’ property is a shared responsibility, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
· Additionally, as the leaves begin to fall, let's all make an effort to keep our street drains clear of leaves and debris. This simple act can prevent flooding and ensure our neighborhood remains safe and clean.
· Please also note that, beginning October 1st, HOA dues will be increasing to $200. We kindly ask all residents to make note of this change and adjust your payments accordingly.
· As the days grow shorter and darkness arrives earlier, it is more important than ever to make sure the lights in front of our homes are working properly. For the safety and comfort of all, please keep your exterior streetlights on from dusk until dawn.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Let's continue to work together to make our community a wonderful place to live.
With warm regards,
Fir Grove HOA President, Frank Hammond, President
