Prepares agenda for board and general meetings; preside over meetings; oversee all committees; be available by phone and email to answer questions from residents and real estate agents; promote, support, and attend community events; be familiar with the DC&R’s; be the contact person for other neighborhoods and HOA’s, etc.
The Use Restrictions Chair oversees restriction regarding what is permitted on properties and allowable based on HOA rules.
The Architectural Control Committee Chair shall exercise its best judgment to see that all improvements, construction, landscaping and alterations on lands within the Properties conform to and harmonize with existing surroundings and structures.
In addition Chair is to document all resources, contacts and process for a Business Continuity Plan in case of illness, natural disaster, death or retirement of an office holder.
To plan and execute community events and all that might entail.
Planning events
Acquiring supplies on a budget
Set up and clean up for events
Organizing volunteers
etc.

I Rent out the building, Meet with the renters normally @09.00AM on weekends if there rented on the same day. Have them fill out two paged contract , give them one copy. Of each.collect $75.00 for day And. $400.00 for deposit preferable by check or if my hour $15.00 per hour. Also issue the keys they will use for the day rented. Hold the $400.00 till after you make sure all is followed through with the agreement. Come back to the community center after they have exited make sure all is secure and proper And either then or within a couple days make sure all was followed and agreed. Or not . Give back the check minus any damage accounted for and agreed upon. Try to keep up what's needed that community center needs repairs replacement ect. Replace liners in garbage if they have not replaced after garbage is taken home to their residence.Try and pick up around the community center any garbage you may see. I try to return my calls to those interested in renting within a couple of days. Mark on the calendar day's rented and name of renter on bulletin board by front door.
The Traffic and Parking chairperson is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all parking and traffic related policies and process. These include education and enforcement. The primary day to day duties include:
Issuing and delivering parking permits
Answering community member questions regarding parking and related topics
Interfacing with our contract towing company Sergeant's Towing to maintain service level agreement adherence
· Attend all meetings and record minutes.
· Print and distribute meeting minutes.
· Assemble, print, and make available the community newsletter.
· Monitor and mange display box and contents.
· Maintain and update community website.
The Facilities Chair is to exercise its best judgement in the maintenance of streets and sewer and to oversee the water system operation and maintenance, as well as water testing and record keeping.
