The Southeast District Board of Directors consists of all the officers of the District and the District Chairmen. Two regularly scheduled meetings are held each year: The Summer Board Meeting and the Annual District Meeting, held in the fall of the year. The dates, times and locations of these meetings will be announced in advance. The district District Chairmen give their reports at the Summer Board Meeting and the Garden Club Presidents give their reports at the Annual District Meeting. All Garden Club Presidents are invited to attend these meetings and any other specially called meetings by the District Director.
