Environmental School.

Join our Class! New Zoom Course 3, Air and More

March 16-19, 2026, 4 Afternoons

Understanding our environment is essential given climate  change! Our class is open to the public and non-profit. We are accepting 50-60 online students (from all over the country) for 4 afternoons of interesting, educational, and data-based information from experts. Fee is divided between speakers. The other courses are Ecology, Land and Water, but need not be taken in sequence.

Topics covered will be

1. Atmospheric Science (climate change due to air composition change)

2. Impacts of Climate Change

3. Endangered Species and New Discoveries

4. Environmental Ethics

5. Indoor Air Pollution

6. Virtual Tour of St. Louis National Weather Service.

We will also look at solutions,

7. Clean Energy Technology

8. Sustainable Agriculture

9. Sustainability Education: Teaching the Next Generation

10. Video: Backyard Ecosystems, for the Birds. Margy Terpstra

(whose suburban landscape was featured in one of Doug Tallamy's books).
