Voluntary Arrears Re-Payment Form - File this if you need to re-pay an amount, especially if you can't afford the legal fight. Any reasonable proposal should be accepted, but even if the FRO doesn't believe it's reasonable, there's a possibility a judge might view it as such when considering your circumstances if you end up in court with a legal-aid lawyer.
