most of these mobs the adds stifle, dirtchomps adds also stunned but could be cured or use signets radir fireshower had a lot going on, adds that stifle, possible fear from something, porting us around area several of them cursed so will need 2 healers most likely for all

Hidden achievement , kill all , get an egg, they are tradable so if all in grp killed all 9 then you got enough to get 3 ppl in grp to trade to one person to buy the x2 bounty
