Chapter 5 Review - Online Scavenger Hunt
Objective - To assist you in reviewing the main and more difficult topics from Chapter 5 and to make you aware of more resources available outside of the classroom text. By the end of the class period, each student is expected to turn in the following:
- 2 pages of notes from the 2 video's. Must be legible and properly labeled as to which video/lesson the notes belong.
- The printed worksheet completed.
(#'s 1-3 are due at the end of the period today)
You can do these in any order. Except number 4 needs to be done on your own at home tonight.
1) Click here to watch a video on Direct and Inverse Variation and here to watch one on Tables and Function Rules. Be sure to take notes, as this is what you will turn in an be graded on. Pause the video(s) as needed.
2) Click here for a worksheet on tables and graphs to print. Complete and turn in along with your notes for the 2 video's above.
3) The last task is to login to your PearsonSuccess account and complete the 2 assignments. You will not have to turn anything in or print anything off from these. Play the game through at least once.
4) At home, you need to take the Chapter 5 Review Exam that is assigned to you on your PearsonSuccess account. If you have time in class today, you may start this. Remember, this is for a grade. So take your time on it. You can use any resource except any other person.
