About Us
We are the North East Human Powered Vehicle Supporters Association Inc (NEHPVSAI) or Fast Cats Racing.
The Incorporated Association was formed towards the end of 2007 by a group of interested parents and teachers primarily to run the Modbury High School, South Australia, Pedal Prix program, but also with a team of old scholars.
Over the last few years the association has grown, with more parents of students, old scholars and interested people racing in the community categories, as well as running four high school teams.
All of our work is carried out on a voluntary basis. We receive funding from a school allocation for the school trikes and by applying for any relevant grants and running various fundraising events.
Modbury High School has five School category trikes
Cheetah (Senior High School)
Pink Panther (all female riders)
Lynx (Middle School)
Puma (New riders/development/Year 7's)
Ocelot/Serval (New riders/development/Year 7's)
Fast Cats Racing has six Community Category trikes
Top Cat (Masters' team)
Night Cat (Under 20's team)
Hellcat (Mixed Community category)

As a club, we compete in six rounds of the Uni SA Super Series, run by the Australian International Pedal Prix.
Fast Cats Racing also hold events at the Hanson Reserve Velodrome known as the FCR Velodrome Experience.
We're always looking to add new riders and members to our Pedal Prix family. Feel free to contact us via email nehpvsai@gmail.com
