The Velodrome Experience - presented by FCR!

Summary of times for the day

7:00am: Set up. All teams advised to arrive and set up before 8am.

8:00am: Venue Open. All teams to set-up and supply own marquees and racing equipment.

8:30am: Scrutineering will take place inside the main entrance gate, western side of the track.

8:45am: Official’s briefing. All marshals, team managers and other officials must attend.

9:00am: Official opening, introduction and acknowledgements.

9:10am: Entrance gates closed and track cleared for warm up practice.

9:20am: Riders for heat one handicap race to make their way to start line.

9:30am: Handicap Heat 1 -

10:00am: Handicap Heat 2 -

10:30am: Handicap Heat 3 -

11:00am: Handicap Heat 4 -

11:30am: Handicap Heat 5 -

12:00am: Handicap Heat 6-

12:20am: Mini Pedal prix riders to make their way to the start line (on the western side of the

track) in preparation for race 1. Race instructions to be detailed prior to race.

12:30am: Mini Pedal Prix Race starts.

1:20pm: Female (Invitational) Challenge Race

This is a 15 minute race open to non-riding female members of the Pedal Prix family.

Riders in this race must NOT have previously ridden in any AIPP event.

This race is meant as a fun event for new riders so that they can experience the joy

of what pedal prix racing is about. Trophies will be awarded.

LUNCH BREAK

1:50pm: Riders for 100 Lap State Championship Race to the start line.

2:00pm: 100 Lap State Championship Race line. (Crossing the track only on western side, under guidance of marshals).

3:10pm: Snapdragon briefing and race to start.

3:55pm: Div 3 final

4:25pm: Div 2 final

4:55pm: Div 1 final -

5:30pm: Presentations

5:30pm: Gates re-open to
