In Leuven, for the PhD defence of Flavio Camarrone, who did interesting work on finger movement decoding from ECoG by using tensor decomposition approaches!

We had the visit of Stefanie Enriquez Geppert, an assistant professor from Groningen University and Diede Smit, her PhD student, who work on neural correlates of executive functions in EEG and neurofeedback
Khadijeh Sadatnejad joined us as a post-doc on the ERC BrainConquest, to work on EEG machine learning and signal processing algorithms to favor user training in BCI. Welcome!

Visiting the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan, in the great BCI lab of Pr. Toshihisa Tanaka for 10 days, where I also gave a talk about my research. I also visited RIKEN Advance Intelligence Project center thanks to Tomek Rutkowski!

In Paris at ISIR, for the PhD defense of Hajlaoui Ayoub - I was in his PhD evaluation committee - who did interesting work on EEG-based emotion recognition and hyperscanning.
A paper accepted in the Journal of Neuroscience Methods, about SEREEGA, a Matlab toolbox for generating simulated EEG signals, in collaboration with TU Berlin, in particular Laurens Krol, Thorsten Zander and Klaus Gramann. The code is also available (see section publications)
