Evesham Township is in Burlington County, New Jersey, USA. It has a population of about 46,000. (EveshamTownship equates to Wychavon in Worcestershire UK.) The main city (UK town) is Marlton at the north of Evesham Township. It is about 15 miles east of Philadelphia across the River Delaware, and about 85 miles south of New York.
Much of the area is forest land and there are several housing developments in land that has been cleared of trees . At the south of Evesham Township is a housing development called Marlton Lakes where several of our Evesham, NJ "twinners" live. These lakes are disused Cranberry bogs.
