Schedule Changes

Eversport Volleyball uses the gym at different schools.  While we do our best to ensure that we don’t have scheduling conflicts during the reservation process, there are rare occasions when last minute events will come up at those schools. When that happens, the school’s needs take priority.  In such a case, Eversport Volleyball will reschedule the session for a different date and notify affected families as soon as possible.  We don't offer refunds when something like this happens.

Refunds

• Up to 3 days before the first session, registration payments can be refunded in full.  After that but before the day of the first session, if a player can be found (possibly off the waiting list) to take your spot, then your registration payment can be refunded in full minus a $30 fee.  

• On and after the day of the first session, all registration fees become non-refundable.  We are not able to issue refunds for withdrawals related to injury, illness, vacation, or other personal reasons.  If we are able to find a replacement (possibly off the waiting list), your registration fee can be refunded in full minus a minimum $60 fee depending on how many sessions have passed. 

• Any player that has paid but is unable to get off of the wait list will have their registration fee returned or refunded in full.
