I’m Eva “Dee” Goss, a communications-forward project leader whose career has been built at the intersection of people, process, and progress. As a PMP-certified Senior IT Project Manager, I bring extensive experience in Missouri state government, where clear communication, disciplined planning, and thoughtful coordination are essential to moving complex work forward.

My foundation in communications shapes how I lead. I translate technical or complex work into language people can understand, help teams stay aligned, and support decision-making with a steady, organized approach. Whether guiding a large initiative, working with leadership, or helping teams navigate change, I focus on bringing clarity, structure, and measurable progress.

In addition to my professional work, I’m also a small-business owner in Fulton, Missouri, where I try to contribute to local revitalization and community life. I’m an author and the founder of a body care line as well, and those experiences continue to teach me the value of listening well, communicating clearly, and serving people consistently.
