I’m Eva “Dee” Goss, a communications-forward project leader and business systems analyst whose career has been built at the intersection of people, process, data, and progress. As a PMP-certified Senior IT Project Manager, I bring extensive experience in public-sector technology, modernization, reporting, and organizational improvement.
My background includes both project management and business analysis. I work with stakeholders to understand their needs, clarify requirements, improve processes, support testing, and help ensure that systems and solutions are practical, accurate, and ready for use.
My foundation in communications shapes how I lead. I translate complex work into language people can understand, help business and technical teams stay aligned, and support decision-making with clear documentation and reliable information. Whether guiding a major initiative, working with leadership, or helping teams navigate change, I focus on bringing clarity, structure, and measurable progress.
In addition to my professional work, I’m also a small-business owner in Fulton, Missouri, where I contribute to local revitalization and community life. I’m an author and the founder of a body-care line, and those experiences continue to reinforce the value of listening well, communicating clearly, solving practical problems, and serving people consistently.
I bring the structure and accountability of a project manager, the curiosity and attention to detail of a business analyst, and a strong commitment to keeping the human side of the work at the center of every project.
If you’re looking for a leader who can manage complexity, strengthen collaboration, and keep outcomes on track—without losing the human side of the work—I’d love to connect.
