The course is designed to be taught primarily by instructor mediated by scheduled communication. As a student, you haven't been online at the same time as the instructor. Students will learn by means of reading, writing, and applying information. Methods of instruction will include: reading assignments, discussion reflections, interactive we exercise (quizzes, power-point presentations, online web activities) and a diet analysis project.
Course introduces concepts and principles of the science of nutrition. Intended for anyone interested in becoming a more knowledgeable consumer of nutritional information.
