Welcome to my website!
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Bocconi University, and a visiting Associate Professor at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
My research is at the intersection of development, personnel, and organizational economics. I study how incentive structures can be designed to more effectively motivate and select workers in both public and private organizations.
Here you can find my CV.
I hold an ERC Starting Grant for the project "Digitization of Public Service Delivery and Inclusive Development" (2024-2029).
