Eric Lewis

I am an economist in the Bush School of Government and Service at Texas A&M University. For the 2023-2024 academic year, I am a visiting assistant research scholar at AREC at the University of Maryland. I am interested in industrial organization, energy, and environmental economics. Much of my research is on the oil and gas industry. Check out my research here and my Google Scholar page here. 

I received a PhD in economics from University of Michigan (2015) and a B.A. in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic from Brigham Young University (2007). I served as an economist in the Economics Analysis Group in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice from 2015 to 2019.
