As per Utah Code, the Community Association Act 57-8a-227 - Records Availability, members may request association documents by submitting a written request that includes: the lot owner's name, the association's name, the lot owner's property address, the lot owner's email address, and a description of the documents requested. Documents will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified. Requests should be submitted to eaglerockhoaivins@gmail.com.
