All homeowners must have on file with the HOA: 1) Homeowners Emergency Contact Information, 2) Key Fob Acceptance, and 3) Release of Liability Agreement - Common Areas, available as fillable e-Forms.  

In addition, the LandWorks Irrigation System Repair Opt-In and the Tenant Contact & Emergency Information/Release of Liability - Lessee forms are available as fillable e-Forms.

All other forms must be submitted as PDFs, not JPGs (i.e., images, see below).  Download/print the form you need, fill it out, scan and save it as a PDF, then email it to the address specified on the form.  You may also mail it via USPS.
