Entry Form

Every swimmer participating in the East Rand District Scout Open Water Swim MUST produce a duly completed and signed Entry Form. Without the form they will not be permitted to swim.

All completed entry forms must completed and returned to kbweeks@absamail.co.za with proof of payment of the entry fee,on or before Friday 28th February 2020 to qualify for the Early Bird Entry Fee

Any entries received after the above date will be considered as late entries.

Payment of swim fees must be done electronically before the event or in cash on the day of the swim.
