Sin costo alguno para la Institución, puesto que se trata de una donación (en lo personal, yo solvento mis gastos del proyecto con ingresos de mi empleo, como catedrático que sería de este CBTIS). Una de las grandes ventajas de este proyecto es que solventará la necesidad del estudiante de gastar en libros de idioma Inglés porque los libros estarán a la completa disposición de la comunidad estudiantil en la Biblioteca de la Institución. Luego, una inmediata fase posterior de este proyecto consiste en que la comunidad estudiantil de este CBTIS y de todos los CBTIS de todos Los Estados Unidos Mexicanos dispongan de estos 5 tomos de Idioma Inglés a través de una página ‘Google’; léase, sin costo ni restricción alguna para el estudiante».
