My Ph.D. lab, where I am working with the direct supervision of Prof. Wen Li
-Fraunhofer USA
The Fraunhofer USA Center for Coatings and Diamond Technologies, in partnership with Michigan State University, provides innovative R&D services based on its coating and diamond technology expertise.
-The Keck Microfabrication Facility (KMF)
The Keck Microfabrication Facility (KMF) is a shared user facility in the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Michigan State University. The primary focus of the facility is micro- and nano-fabrication using photolithography and electron beam lithography. The facility is also equipped with several analytical instruments for material analysis such as field emission scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer, Raman spectrometry, high resolution x-ray diffractometer, scanning probe microscope, optical microscopes, etc.
Quantum Semiconductor Devices Lab (QSD Lab)
QSD was my first lab in Korea. In the beginning, I was supervised with Dr. Il-Kyu Park from 2015.03.02 to 2015.08.05 then after changing his job to Seoultech, Professor Dr. Si-Hyun Park directly supervised me until my completion of masters degree. Prof Si-Hyun Park helped me to finalize my thesis work in Yeungnam University.
Current facilities which I used in QSD LAB:
1. Spin coating
2. Hydrothermal method facilities
3. Sol-gel method facilities
4. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method facilities
5. Sputtering machine
6. IV-CV characterization machine
7. Glove box
8. Tube furnace system
Smart Optoelectronic Nanomaterials Lab (SON Lab)
I have been involved with Professor Park (SON Lab) from March 2015 to till now. I am working on nano materials synthesis for flexible electronics application.
