In my MS period, I worked as a Research Assistant under kind supervision of Prof. Shi-Hyun Park and Prof. Il-Kyu Park in Yeungnam University and Seoul National University of Science and Technology, respectively. My research was involved with nanomaterials synthesis specially, for piezoelectric and triboelectric nanogenerator, solar cell and LED fabrication and characterization. I have used hydrothermal, spin coating, spray pyrolysis deposition and solid-state reaction method for synthesis of nanomaterials such as perovskite materials, CNTs, Teflon, ZnO, Nafion and for characterization, I have used SEM, XRD, UV-VIS, Photo-Luminescence, IV-CV to know their morphological and electrical behavior. Thus, I have gathered hands-on experience with various sophisticated technology and good theoretical and experimental knowledge for materials synthesis.
My MS thesis was about the development of self-powering system for flexible and bendable electronic device and part of my thesis published in Nanotechnology journal with titled “Flexible ZnO Nanorod-based Piezoelectric Nanogenerators on Carbon Papers” which impact factor is 3.541 and another part published in the Journal of Ceramic Research Processing with titled "ZnO nanorods-based piezoelectric nanogenerators on double-sided conducting paper" which impact factor 0.467.
During my bachelor studies, my final year thesis was about developing smart house with autonomous parking system titled with “Microcontroller Based Smart Home Monitoring and Control System” which got first prize in National Electronic Project Exhibition and Competition (NEPEC)-2013, Bangladesh, among other 25 projects from different universities across the country.
