SPONSORS: Applicants for membership must be sponsored by two voting members in good standing. The two sponsors must be from separate households. A brief letter of introduction from one of the sponsors must be included with the application and will be presented to the membership for consideration.

I believe that the applicant(s) will benefit from membership in the English Foxhound Club of America, Inc.

(EFCA) and will contribute to the breed and the Club in a positive manner.

Important: Applicants for voting memberships must be 18 years of age or older and currently own an English Foxhound. The Board of Directors may waive the ownership requirement in special cases.

_____ Voting Individual Membership -- Annual Dues $25.00

_____ Voting Household (Two Voting) Membership -- Annual Dues $30.00

_____ Non-Voting Associate Membership -- Annual Dues $15.00

(Outside the U.S. & Canada -- please include an additional fee of $5.00 to cover increased postage costs.)

BREEDER REFERRAL LIST. Please include an additional fee of $10.00 if you want to be a listed breeder on the referral list.

Note: The annual dues and the letter of introduction must be included with your application. Please make your check payable to EFCA. The depositing of funds does not represent an approval of membership. Applications must be approved by two-thirds of the EFCA Board of Directors. You will be notified by mail of your status within 90 days. The Club will promptly refund the dues payment to an applicant that is denied membership. Memberships run from January 1 to December 31. Renewal notices are mailed in November. Memberships approved during the last quarter of the year are considered paid in full for the upcoming year.

I agree to abide by the rules of The American Kennel Club and the Constitution and Bylaws of the English Foxhound Club of America, Inc. I am in good standing with the American Kennel Club.
