Andy went to teach illustration at st martins school of art. Tim Behrens the painter came to this exhibition.

I was later asked to exhibit in a Florence biennale.

since then I have been working on music albums and small FIGURATIVE ceramics as well as new paintings which has resulted in me showing work locally with the barn acre gallery in may 2007 and at the Henley festival in July of the same year. An album of songs called the midnight tapes, or burlesque is ready for release in 2008 along with a compilation of favorite songs to be titled 'grooving on magick current'.  Small sculptures are now available for sale from the house... for a full range of work visit the studio in twyford    use number below to call ahead.

MOST RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN MAKING SCULPTURES FROM WIRE AND PAPER WITH PAVERPOL AND COLOURED TISSUE.

Opened studio for house and garden exhibition as venue 26 on the Henley art trail May 2017 for sixth year running.

RICHARD CONWAY-JONES completed a B.A. hons degree in film-making before becoming a full time professional painter and musician. He attended Berkshire College of Art and Design and Harrow College of Higher Education. He started writing songs after the relative success of an instrumental album called The Marilyn Decade. He has travelled in the far east and in Europe and worked in Fashion and Music but mostly he makes art . He has written poetry and novels as well as stories for children. He has released many music albums, and has worked in a voluntary capacity for the National Trust.
