“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them”
...Henry Thoreau, Walden
I believe that it is the role of every educator to encourage their students to "build castles in the air" as Thoreau suggests. But, "put the foundations under them" and let students build knowledge and understanding in creative and imaginative ways that suit each student's learning needs. My task is that of a "change agent" helping teachers in preparing students for a ever changing world.
