As an early childhood educator, I will strive to celebrate each student and what makes them unique. I will understand and accept that all children learn differently and seek to discover what approaches to learning best meet the needs of each student. When working with families, I will work towards cultivating trusting and supportive relationships that best supports the needs of the student while respecting cultural and diverse practices of individual families. Finally, I will pursue my role as educator with integrity, continually seeking to better myself and my craft.
