Warranty for Flexiwork Desks

We provide 3-year warranty which covers any defects or malfunctions in the desk frame including motor, controller, transformer, electronics and mechanisms. Coverage begins on the day you receive your order, warranted to the original owner only.

What we will do

In the event that the desk does not function properly, we will replace the part(s) at no cost to you. You can either self-collect at our premises or choose to ship to you at your expense. There is also option to replace the part(s) professionally onsite at a fee.

What if I'm outside the warranty coverage?

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We offer discounts if you would like to purchase a new model to replace an out-of-warranty item.

What is not covered?

This limited warranty covers only parts, not labour. It also does not cover any problems which result from improper set-up, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, abuse, or acts of nature, such as floods.

Delivery & Assembly

Our price packages include delivery and assembly within Singapore.

Delivery normally takes 3-5 days, unless the items are sold out or your order is customized. Our customer service will contact you to set a date (weekdays, except public holidays) and time (office hours) at your convenience.

assembly

Assembly will be done on the same day as the delivery. For dismantling and disposal of existing furniture, please contact our customer service for a quote.

do-it-yourself

Good news for DIY enthusiast - get rewarded for DIY. If you wish to assemble the desk yourself, there will be further rebate for self-collection and self-assembly. Our desk frames are flat packed and designed to assemble easily. There are also videos and instruction manuals available to guide you.
