The roads in the development have been patched, sealed, and repatched over the past twenty or more years. It has gotten to the point where we need to address resurfacing the roads and improving some culverts to allow for adequate draining.
We have been reviewing a couple of proposals from both the county and private companies. Please attend the annual meeting to hear important information regarding this matter.
