2020 ~ Annual Meeting

Dear Property Owners,

Happy New Years to all. As we enter 2020, it is time once again for the El Dorado Annual Meeting. Please mark your calendars for the Annual Meeting on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Ocala Police Department Community Room. At the meeting, the 2020 Board will be elected and the budget set.

I will not be running for the board this year. Fortunately, we have excellent returning board members, but new input and participation is very much needed so we are actively seeking nominees for the 2020 board. While many HOA’s in the area have moved to being run by a property management company, El Dorado has been able to avoid that necessity. A property management company would be more costly and reduce the amount of control over our own community so please consider investing your time into your neighborhood and run for the board.

You will receive your annual meeting packet closer to the day of the meeting. If you wish to run for the board, please submit your name via email or by leaving a note at the gate. Your name needs to be submitted by January 15 for inclusion on the ballot.
