Students from the University of El Salvador (UES) are helping improve knowledge and stimulate action.

Through provision of technical and material assistance, El Cuenco is helping the women of Programa de Soya San Ramon (PSSR) in San Salvador, and the Comite de Mujeres San Carlos (CMSC - San Carlos Women's Committee) in Bajo Rio Lempa, improve their abilities to process and distribute fresh soy milk and fortified bakery and corn masa foods within their communities.
