Even if you normally use Microsoft Word, please consider using LibreOffice Writer for this paper. LibreOffice has the significant advantage of being a free and libre cross-platform office suite. It also has a lot of freely available documentation available.
First of all, make sure that you have the fonts Charis SIL Compact and Bitstream Vera installed (see the sidebar "Fonts").
Please use a recent version of LibreOffice Writer. At present, the most recent version numbers of LibreOffice are 5.0.4 ("LibreOffice Fresh") and 4.4.7 ("LibreOffice Still"). If you have an old version of LibreOffice or OpenOffice.org installed, you should first uninstall it before installing a recent version of LibreOffice. (If you have at least version 4.2.8, which is the last of the 4.2 series, then this is OK.)
Please download the ZIP file below, unzip it, and begin by reading README.txt. The present version of the LibreOffice Writer style package is a beta version: I haven't yet tested it as much as I would have liked.
Please note that you still need to read and follow the style sheet (see the sidebar "Style Sheet"), which is independent of LibreOffice Writer.
If you feel that you have no choice but to use Microsoft Word, a DOC file is provided as a workaround, but this is untested and very probably doesn't completely faithfully reflect the ODT file (see README.txt).
