The Sophia Junior English Festa is a one-day event involving students in all Required English classes. To prepare for the event, students in each class collectively decide on a topic for a short presentation, create a poster about that topic as well as the presentation content, and practice doing the presentation. On the day of the English Festa, small groups of students from the class take turns doing the presentation to audiences comprised of students from other classes. When not presenting, students leave their own classroom to watch presentations put on by students from other classes.

Prior to the English Festa, which started in 2013, posters were also created by Required English classes for the English Poster Project. The posters were publicly displayed on a rotating basis for other students to view and enjoy.
