COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS
APPLY TO ALL HALL HIRERS
* COVID -Safe Plan is available on site
* Hirers are to provide own hand sanitiser, cleaning equipment
*COVID Marshall must be in attendance
*QR Code to be utilised where ever possible
* Contact Tracing Register must be completed by all attendees
* Maximum number of members of public must not exceed Covid
restrictions and regulations
* At the end of the hiring period ALL equipment that has been touched must be
wiped with anti bacterial spray or bacterial wipes etc.
HIRING INFORMATION
The hall is located at 65 Angle Vale Road, Evanston Gardens.
COVID Restrictions and regulations apply.
Car parking is available adjacent to the hall.
Handicapped access is available.
10 trestles and 100 chairs are available. Hall has capacity of approximately 100 people seated.
Male, female and handicapped toilets are accessible from the hall.
A stage fronts the hall and an adjoining air conditioned carpeted room is included in the hiring.
The hall is air conditioned.
The kitchen contains 2 ovens, microwaves, pie warmer and a refrigerator.
A refrigerator is provided in the hall for drinks etc.
P A System, projector and Bluetooth are available.
There is a PA system and a data projector fitted in the hall.
Smoke machines are not permitted.
Brooms, vacuum cleaner, mops and bucket are located in cleaning room.
All other Cleaning equipment is to be hirers responsibility eg tea towels, cleaning cloths, and sanitiser.
Please bring rubbish bags. All rubbish is to be removed from the premises.
Premises must be swept, spillages wiped, toilets cleaned and hall left in a clean and tidy state. The Bond will be forfeited if the hall is damaged or not left in a satisfactory clean condition.
Eighteenth and twenty first birthday parties are not permitted

Main hall costs
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday daytime starting at $40 per hour with minimum of $40
Saturday and Sunday daytime $150 minimum,
Saturday evening $250 minimum,
A non refundable Booking fee of $50 is required to be paid within 7 days of initial contact. Balance of hiring fee and $200 Bond is to be made prior to the day of hiring.
