Based on the survey paper with Ilias Kotsireas, Stephen London and Padraig Ó Catháin, a webpage is being regularly updated with the latest progress in the existence of Hadamard matrices. Currently it reports on all open orders up to 10,000, and provides at least one example at all other orders. This is maintained here by Stephen London.
